Boxing

Boxing:
            boxers working hours in the gym to improve their performance, the gym is a very important thing for a boxer,

there are a lot of blows in boxing, but the four basic are:
·       Jab
·       Cross
·       Hook
·       Uppercut
Rules:
You can´t use your legs.
You need to use de body along with the blows.
You can never lower your guard.
You need to move quikly.
The blows are applied to the face of the opponent.
            boxing is an Olympic sport, and there are  a lot of competitions od this sport around the world. 

Mike Tyson was considered by many the greatest boxer of the world.
